HOW TO REGISTER

 

1.   Click the "Registration Open" Button and complete the online form for EACH golfer you are registering. If you are registering a foursome that means you must fill out 4 separate registration forms. 

Registration will be capped to a maximum of 144 Golfers.

*Once the Tournament is full, we will be starting a stand-by list. As golfers on the active list cancel or do not pay and/or register by the deadline, the first name on the stand-by list will be notified and then moved to the active list. Once you are placed on the active list, you will need to send the $100 deposit to hold your spot. The standby list will be published below the registered active golfer list.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION AFTER REGISTERING.  YOUR NAME WILL APPEAR ON THE GOLFER 2024 LIST ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED AND PAID YOUR DEPOSIT.

 

3.  Submit a $100 deposit CDN (or full entry fee) for each player to secure a spot in the tournament. 

        *The $100 deposit is non-refundable

     REMEMBER.....your spot is not reserved until the (non-refundable) $100 deposit is received and you complete the registration.

Once tournament is full, anyone wanting to join will be placed on a waiting list. Anyone who does not pay the remainder of full payment by the deadline may be replaced by the waiting list.

 

   FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 1st, 2024, 1700 EST.

*If you have not paid and/or registered by this deadline, you will be removed from the active list and replaced by the next golfer on the stand-by list*
